Based on the badge, I belive this to be a 1960’s or 1970”s frame.

Holdsworth was a well-known British bicycle manufacturer, founded by William Frank “Sandy” Holdsworth in the late 1920s in London.
The company was known for producing high-quality frames, often using Reynolds 531 tubing.
The badge features a crest with a horse and the company name “HOLDSWORTH” at the bottom.
